It features one bedroom, a living/dining room, a shower room, and separate toilets. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals independently. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine, and a garden lounge with barbecue. For families, a baby bed and high chair are available. Enjoy a private garden and two uncovered terraces. The rear terrace offers a peaceful dining area, while the front terrace lets you enjoy the morning sun. The living room provides direct access to both terraces and the garden. Parking is possible in front of the house or on the street. Events are not allowed. The Aveyron River flows nearby, ideal for fishing enthusiasts. You can start beautiful hikes or mountain bike rides directly from the house; guidebooks are available. Discover night markets with local producers every Friday in July and August on site, as well as producer markets on Tuesday mornings in Rignac and Wednesday and Saturday mornings in Rodez. The village festival takes place in July, and a flea market is held on the first Sunday of September and the third Sunday of May. A theater festival is organized in the village during the first week of August. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee. End-of-stay cleaning is also offered as an option. When heating is required, a supplement applies. All extras are to be paid on site.
